Shipping and Return Policy for customized/made-to order items

Shipping:

For customized/made-to order items, US standard shipping rate is $9.

Shipping and delivery times depend on the dates specified on each product page

 

For international shipping, a shipping rate is calculated at checkout and depends on weight and destination. Please be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. Mome is not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

To modify your order, please email us at hello@momebrand.com within 24 hours, so we can assist you.

Return & Exchange:

Due to the limited edition nature of the made-to-order, and customized items and logistics involved, we are not able to make cancellations or offer returns/exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We only offer return and size exchanges for pre-ordered items. We only replace items if they are defective, too small or too big for you or your child (if available and for US orders only).

Returns for pre-ordered items must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item. Returns will be subject to a $12 charge for the shipping label for your return. 

Before placing an order, please make sure you select the correct size based on the size chart of each style shown on the product page. If unsure please email hello@momebrand.com with any questions.

Each item will be inspected before shipping. However, if you receive item which is incorrect or damaged, you must email us within 3 days of delivery and we will assist you with replacement.
