1. U.S. Shipping

  • FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $150 (USD).

  • For orders under $150:

    • Standard Shipping: $9 (Delivery in 2-5 business days)

    • Priority Shipping: $13 (Delivery in 1-3 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping: Starting at $29 (Ships the next day; delivery in 1-2 business days)

Processing Time: We need 1-3 business days to prepare your package before it’s handed to the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Pre-Orders: Some popular sizes may be marked as pre-order after they sell out, and the new ship date (the date the product is ready to ship) will be specified in the size options. Some styles are also marked as pre-order, the estimated ship date will be specified in product descriptions. 

Orders with both pre-order and ready-to-ship items will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is ready. Need ready-to-ship items earlier? Email us at hello@momebrand.com, and we’ll accommodate your request.

2. Canada Shipping

Shipping rates start at $25 and vary based on weight.

3. International Shipping

Shipping rates start at $30 and vary based on weight. You are responsible for any additional import duties or fees charged by the carrier. Mome is not responsible for these charges. Orders returned due to unpaid fees will not have the shipping cost refunded.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our studio, Mome is no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) for quicker assistance. If they can’t locate your package, email us at hello@momebrand.com, and we’ll do our best to help find a solution.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Contact us at hello@momebrand.com as soon as possible for modifications. 

If your order is shipped with Expedited Shipping and you’ve received a tracking number, cancellations are not possible since we prioritize these orders.

6. Returned Packages (Incomplete or Incorrect Address)

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, please email us at hello@momebrand.com, and we’ll arrange reshipping. You’ll just need to cover the new shipping fee and any return fees charged by the carrier (if applicable). We’ll email you an invoice for the fees and once we receive payment, we’ll get your package back on its way!

If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund your order minus the original shipping fee and any return fees charged by the carrier (if applicable) as a store credit or to your original payment method.
